How long will it take to receive my order?
Each GITCHI GAMI bikini is made to order and is subject to roughly 1 week production time before shipment unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped via USPS first class mail and include a tracking number. First class mail typically takes 3-5 days. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout, however this does not change the production time.
Can you put a rush on my order?
Yes! Most orders can be rushed for an extra fee here.
Where is my order?
Please refer to the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email or feel free to contact us if it hasn't shipped yet. GITCHI GAMI is not responsible for packages after they have been confirmed delivered through USPS tracking. Once the package is in possession of the postal service, you will need to contact your local post office for questions/concerns. Buyer is responsible for any additional re-shipping fees if a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address.
International shipping: Any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping can (rarely) take as long as 4 weeks due to customs.Tracking is not always available in all international countries/locations therefor we cannot warranty lost or stolen packages after they leave the USA. Please contact your local post office regarding any tracking or delivery issues. International orders are final sale.
How do I care for GITCHI GAMI pieces?
- RINSE your suits with clean water after every wear, especially if you have been in saltwater or chlorine. This will prolong the life of your bikini!
- HAND-WASH recommended. The easiest method is to take your suit in the shower with you (or fill up the sink) and wash with your favorite body wash or mild soap, rinse well, and hang dry.
- HANG OR LAY FLAT TO DRY
- LOW-HEAT IRON
- DO NOT BLEACH
Can you replicate other brands/styles?
We currently do not copy or make custom styles, however any of our current styles can be made in a different print or color. Just make sure you are purchasing the correct styles you want, and add your color request in the order notes section provided during checkout. If the request cannot be fulfilled we will contact you. Can I return my suit if it doesn't fit?
GITCHI GAMI does not accept returns, however, size exchanges on non-customized items are welcome within 7 days of receiving your purchase. (You can view your USPS tracking number for shipment arrival date if you cannot remember when you received the item.)

Can I send my own fabric and have a suit made out of it?
Yes! You can send any fabric to work with as long as its 4-way stretch. Recommended fabric content is 80% nylon/20% spandex. Other fabric content can work too however sometimes it may affect the fit of the garment. We love spoonflower.com and spandexworld.com! Send us an email for recommended shops on eBay and Etsy (less likely to have a minimum purchase price). 1/2 yard is plenty of fabric for just about any style. Item pricing is still the same if you choose to use your own fabric. Please contact us before submitting fabric for a custom order.
Do you offer discount codes or sales?
GITCHI GAMI pieces are kept at the lowest price point possible to begin with so our customers don't feel the need to wait and buy only during a sale. Each piece is handmade to order, and running a sale creates a surge in orders which is not ideal for consistent processing time and quality. We periodically do clearance sales to clear out sample pieces and returns, so keep an eye on Instagram!
